The realistic LED flame effect mimics moving flames and glowing logs, allowing you to enjoy a cozy fireplace atmosphere without smoke, soot, gas, or an actual fire. The flame effect can also be used separately from the heater, so the Bormio can serve as mood lighting even on warmer days.

The electric heater features two heat settings of 950 and 1,800 watts. With the adjustable thermostat, you can set the desired room temperature between 7 and 30 °C. The built-in thermostat continuously measures the ambient temperature and automatically turns the heater on or off to maintain the set temperature. This makes the fireplace ideal as supplemental heating in the living room, bedroom, home office, or sunroom.

The Bormio features a programmable weekly timer and Open Window Detection. In the event of a sudden drop in temperature—for example, when a window is open—the heater automatically turns itself off to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. All functions can be controlled via the control panel or the included remote control. Thanks to its freestanding design, the fireplace does not need to be built in or connected to a flue.
