How to return your purchase

You have 14 days right of withdrawal on your purchase. Below is a step-by-step plan on how to easily return your purchase. You can only return your purchase using our step-by-step plan below this cannot be deviated from.

Your order:

  • Must not have been turned on/enabled (is checked)

  • Must not contain any signs of use or additional damage

  • Must be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Must not have a broken seal and must be in original packaging

We will check your return upon receipt and process it within 14 days.

Refund

Once your return is received by us we will process it within 14 days. If your return meets our terms and conditions you will receive your full purchase amount back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. This transaction is handled by STRIPE.

Warranty

If your purchase has gone defective outside the 14 days right of withdrawal you can claim your one year product warranty. To do this please go to the warranty page on our website, check here carefully to see if your defect/problem is covered by the warranty.
