Would you like to return a product? On this page you will find all the information about returning your order with JouwKlimaatkast. Read how to easily register your return, safely pack your product and send it back. Returning? Here's how it works

Within 14 days of receiving your order you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Below you will find a simple step-by-step plan to help you arrange your return quickly and clearly.

Please note: it is not possible to hand in returns in person at our location. Please return your product via a carrier, for example DPD, DHL, Brenger or Quicargo.

When can you return your purchase?

  • Your purchase may only have been viewed and assessed to the extent necessary to check the product.

  • The product must be free of unnecessary signs of use and additional damage.

  • You return the product within 14 days of receipt.

  • Pack the product well, firmly and safely, so that it is as well protected as possible during the return shipment.

You can return your product at your own expense to Donk 5, Barendrecht, NL. Please use the original carrier for this.

We process your return

After receipt, we check and process your return within 14 days. After processing, you will receive the refund via the original payment method.

Refund

As soon as we have received your return, we process it within 14 days. Does your return meet the Return conditions? Then the purchase amount is usually refunded to the original payment method within 1 to 5 working days.

Warranty

Does a problem arise with your purchase after the cooling-off period? Then you may be able to claim your product warranty. You can find more information about the warranty and further handling on our Warranty page
