Warranty Conditions

We offer a standard one-year warranty on all our products. We stand behind the quality of our products and do everything we can to resolve any defects carefully and with a customer-friendly approach. On this page, you will find all the information you need on how to claim your warranty. To ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to carefully follow the steps and procedures outlined below. Only requests submitted through this procedure can be processed by us.

The warranty applies to:
• Products in which the defect occurs after the 14-day withdrawal period, as long as it falls within the one-year warranty period.
• Products that were used or connected within the withdrawal period and later develop a defect. In that case, the right of withdrawal expires, but the warranty still applies.

Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the transport costs for both delivering and picking up the product. You are of course free to bring the product yourself, or to use a postal or transport service of your choice.

Identify the problem

Identify the problem with your purchase (either yourself or through an outside party) and collect evidence. Then check our terms and conditions to see if the defect is covered under warranty.

Report problem

Once the problem is documented and actually covered by the warranty, we ask that you report it immediately at [email protected] Please provide a clear description of the problem, include the documentation, state that you wish to make a warranty claim and include your original purchase invoice.

Make an appointment

Once your warranty request has been confirmed by our customer service department, you can schedule an appointment via our website. Please mention “Warranty + Order Number” and include a printed purchase invoice with the product. You can bring the product yourself or deliver it via mail or delivery service.

Your product will be repaired

Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If the problem is under warranty, we will repair it as soon as possible and notify you when the product is ready for pickup.

Warranty repair handling

We do our best to make the recovery process smooth and within a reasonable time frame. Because every situation is different, we cannot give an exact turnaround time in advance. However, we do keep you well-informed of the status in the interim and ensure the fastest possible processing.
